MPS‑1000 Metal Particle Sensor
The MPS-1000 is an advanced intelligent sensor for real-time detection of ferromagnetic (Fe) and non-ferromagnetic (NFe) wear particles in lubricating and hydraulic oils. Using multi-coil electromagnetic induction technology and high-sensitivity sampling, it provides continuous monitoring of particle size, distribution, concentration, and mass, while also measuring flow rate, temperature, and operational time. With rugged construction, no consumables, and a 10-year design life, it ensures accurate early detection of abnormal wear, protecting valuable industrial assets.

Measurement Principle
The MPS-1000 uses two sets of reverse-wound excitation coils and two sensing coils operating in resonance. As metal particles pass through the pipeline, magnetic flux variations are detected and processed through advanced filtering, amplification, and signal extraction circuits. This enables highly sensitive, real-time reporting of both ferromagnetic and non-ferromagnetic particle activity, giving operators an accurate picture of equipment wear conditions and allowing proactive maintenance actions.
