Quotations and Pricing

All quotations are valid for 14 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated.
Pricing excludes taxes, duties, shipping, and customs clearance unless specifically included in writing.
Orders are confirmed only once payment terms are agreed and payment is received.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified on official quotations or invoices.
Late payments may result in delays, account suspension, or interest charges as permitted by law.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping lead times are estimates and may vary due to manufacturing schedules, freight availability, and customs processing.
Risk and ownership of products transfer upon leaving our warehouse or designated dispatch facility. Unforeseen worldly events such as conflicts and natural disaster may impact shipping from time to time.

CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight)
This shipping method means we cover all costs, insurance, and freight to get your order to your country's port. The price you pay includes shipping to the named port.

Returns and Warranty

Warranty terms depend on the specific product model and manufacturer policy.
Returns require prior approval and may be subject to inspection and restocking fees.
Products damaged through misuse, incorrect operation, modification, or improper installation are not covered.

Training Services

Training content, schedules, and certification issuance are subject to trainer availability and participant competency.
ITE Global is not responsible for field work performed by personnel trained through our courses.

Limitation of Liability

ITE Global shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or financial losses arising from equipment use, downtime, testing results, or operational decisions based on product data.
