Warranty & Returns Policy

This Warranty & Returns Policy applies to equipment supplied by ITE Global. By purchasing, receiving, or using any product from ITE Global, you agree to the terms stated below.

Warranty Coverage

All equipment is supplied with an official Warranty Certificate.
The warranty period begins on the shipping date from the ITE Global warehouse.
No exceptions will be made to this start date.

Products Covered

  • Products manufactured by ITE Global are covered under this warranty.

  • Products manufactured by third-party suppliers are covered under their respective manufacturer warranty.

  • Items specified by the customer that are not ITE manufactured are not covered by this warranty.

Design updates and improvements may occur over time. These updates do not obligate ITE to update or modify previously sold equipment.

Warranty Period

ITE Global warrants its equipment against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the date of invoice shipment.
Extended warranty terms are valid only if provided in writing at the time of quotation.

ITE Warrenty Policy

The Warranty Does Not Cover:

  • Damage caused by:

    • Misuse / abuse

    • Incorrect installation

    • Improper operation

    • Over-voltage conditions

    • Accidents or transport damage

  • Labour, travel, or handling costs

  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or service providers

ITE may, at its discretion:

  • Repair the part

  • Replace the part

  • Or issue credit for the defective part

Import costs may be reimbursed.

Authorized Repair & Service

Only authorized distributors or certified service technicians may perform warranty repairs.
Unauthorized repairs void the warranty.

Warranty Claim Procedure

Step 1 — Submit Claim

A warranty claim form will be provided upon request and must be submitted to ITE Global via email.

Step 2 — Return Equipment for Evaluation

The customer must send the equipment to ITE Global for diagnostic testing.

Step 3 — Technical Assessment

A certified technician will evaluate the fault and determine repair eligibility based on official guidelines.
If the issue can be repaired during assessment, it will be repaired and recorded accordingly.

Step 4 — Determination

ITE Global will review findings and communicate next steps within 3 business days.

Step 5 — Resolution

  • If approved → Repair or replacement proceeds.

  • If denied → A written denial explanation will be provided.

  • If out-of-warranty repairs are requested → A quotation will be issued.

     

Liability Limitation

ITE Global is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses including:

  • Operational downtime

  • Loss of production

  • Financial losses

  • Damage resulting from use or misapplication of equipment

This warranty is issued in place of all other warranties, unless otherwise stated in written form.
