DGA.1000 – Dissolved Gas Analyser (Chromatograph)

The DGA.1000 Transformer Oil Gas Chromatograph is designed for determining the content of dissolved gases in insulating oil. By a single injection, it can analyze key gases such as CO₂, CH₄, C₂H₂, C₂H₄, and C₂H₆, with a minimum acetylene detection concentration of 0.1 ppm.

Equipped with a large LCD interface and user-friendly menus, it enables accurate, efficient, and repeatable dissolved gas analysis. The system features a two-column parallel shunt system, thermal conductivity detector, dual hydrogen flame detector, and a nickel catalyst reforming furnace for reliable operation.

A PCBs model for ASTM D4059 testing is also available upon request.

Compliance Standards:

  • GB/T 17623-1998 – Gas-chromatographic determination of dissolved gas content in insulating oils
