CBA.303ST High Voltage Switch Mechanical Properties Tester

The CBA.303ST is a dedicated instrument for measuring the mechanical properties of GIS and high-voltage switches across multiple breaker types, including low oil, high oil, vacuum, and SF₆. Designed for 500 kV and below substations, it delivers stable, accurate test data with strong anti-interference capabilities. Compact, lightweight, and highly intelligent, the CBA.303ST is the most convenient tool for on-site maintenance, offering ease of operation, powerful analysis functions, and robust reliability.

Key Features

  • Automatic recognition of breaker open/close status to prevent misoperation.

  • Independent 12 fracture ports with connection status prompts for simplified wiring.

  • Storage capacity for 100 test results onboard.

  • Large 320×240 LCD screen with anti-glare display for outdoor use.

  • Intuitive graphical interface displaying both waveforms and measurement data.

  • Built-in delay protection function cuts coil voltage after breaker activation.

  • Supports both electric and manual breaker operation (open/close).

  • High/low voltage testing with automatic lowest operating voltage detection.

  • Reclosing test capability (close–open–close sequence).

  • Suitable for vacuum contactor testing (single coil).

  • Automatic circuit breaker life/aging test functionality.
