TDR.650 Time Domain Reflectometer

The TDR.650 is a compact, lightweight, and highly portable cable fault locator designed for rapid fault pre-location in both lead-covered and plastic-insulated cables. Using Time Domain Reflectometry (TDR) technology, it can quickly and accurately pinpoint faults such as broken lines, cross faults, earthing, poor insulation, and poor contacts.

With a simple Auto key function, the instrument provides a fault location result within 2 seconds, making it ideal for line maintenance teams, troubleshooting, and acceptance testing of electrical cables.

Key Features

  • No dead zone – precise detection from the very beginning of the cable

  • Fast testing speed with results in under 2 seconds

  • Portable & lightweight (only 0.4 kg) – easy to carry for field use

  • High accuracy resolution down to 1 m (short distances)

  • Simple six-key interface for quick operation

  • Large LCD display for clear waveform and distance readings
