PDGA.100 – Portable Dissolved Gas Analyser

The PDGA.100 Portable Dissolved Gas Analyser is a compact chromatographic system designed for field and laboratory detection of dissolved gases in transformer and insulating oils.

The system directs samples into a dual-column separation setup:

  • Column 1 (GDX502): Separates hydrocarbon compounds, detected by FID1.

  • Column 2 (TDX-01): Separates H₂, CO, and CO₂. H₂ is examined via TCD, while CO and CO₂ are transformed into CH₄ through a re-burner and detected by FID2.

This dual-column system ensures high sensitivity and accuracy for dissolved gas analysis, compliant with IEC-60567-2011 and IEC-60599-1999 standards.
