The MTD2000B is a robust and highly reliable digital earth tester designed for the precise measurement of:

  • Ground resistance

  • Soil resistivity (Wenner method)

  • Spurious voltages caused by parasitic currents in the soil

Ideal for both residential and industrial installations—including substations, lightning rods, hospitals, and antenna grounding systems—the MTD2000B ensures high accuracy even in noisy environments like urban areas or near high-voltage power lines.

A built-in 1,470 Hz generator injects alternating current into the ground through auxiliary rods, while active/passive filtering systems provide excellent rejection of electrical interferences. The equipment operates automatically and provides immediate digital readings via a graphical LCD display.

With IP65 protection (closed lid), a rugged case, and compatibility with both mains and 12 V DC sources, the MTD2000B is a reliable solution for field professionals under all conditions.
