MPK204e High Current Micro-ohmmeter

The MPK204e is a portable, microprocessor-controlled high-current micro-ohmmeter designed for accurate measurement of very low contact resistances in breakers, switches, busbars, transformer windings, and engines. With selectable test currents from 1 mA to 200 A, it provides flexibility for both field and laboratory applications.

Using the four-terminal Kelvin method, the MPK204e eliminates errors caused by test leads and their contact resistances. Resistance readings are shown on a digital alphanumeric display with up to 4½ digits resolution, with a best resolution of 0.1 μΩ. The unit operates from internal rechargeable batteries for up to 10 A testing, or from mains supply for high-current tests up to 200 A.

Built with robust IP65-rated construction, the MPK204e is impact-resistant, lightweight, and designed to withstand severe field conditions, while maintaining laboratory-grade accuracy.
