Hi-SAC Ultima Circuit Breaker Analyser

The HISAC Ultima is a universal, high-speed circuit-breaker analyzer for HV, MV and LV breakers across substations, utilities, and test bays. It records timing, motion, current, voltage and vibration parameters, providing complete insight into the mechanical and electrical behaviour of all types of breakers — vacuum, SF₆ or air.

Key Features

  • Tests HV / MV / LV circuit breakers (vacuum, SF₆, air)

  • Records timing, travel, speed, over-travel, rebound, wipe

  • Measures trip / close coil currents, motion curves and vibration

  • Supports analogue & digital transducers (linear or rotary)

  • Three phase timing measurement (main & resistance contacts)

  • Operates breakers through built-in control module

  • Advanced PC software for graphical analysis & report generation

  • Trend comparison for condition-based maintenance

  • Compact, rugged design for field use
