GF.721 EX Gas Detection Thermal Imager

The GF.721 is an explosion-proof cooled infrared gas detection camera designed for safe, remote detection of gas leaks in hazardous and flammable environments.
Using passive infrared imaging, the GF.721 visualizes leaks of methane, ethane, propane, butane, pentane, hexane, and many other VOC gases—while also providing infrared temperature measurement capabilities.
With Ex ic nC op is IIC T4 Gc explosion-proof certification, it is suitable for oil & gas facilities, refineries, chemical plants, and electrical substations where explosive gases may be present.

How It Works / Overview

The GF.721 uses a cooled quantum well infrared detector tuned to the 3.2–3.5 μm spectral band, allowing it to visualize gas absorption characteristics of VOC leaks.
