Measurement Principle

The FCA-2000 operates using two precision electromagnetic induction coils: one for real-time detection and the other for reference comparison. When a 5 ml oil sample is inserted, iron magnetic particles (such as Fe, Ni, Co) alter the sensing coil’s magnetic field, generating a signal proportional to particle concentration. This enables accurate detection of ferrous content ranging from nanometers to millimeters, ensuring early fault identification and preventive maintenance.
