CC.1500 Petroleum Products Chroma Tester

The CC.1500 Petroleum Products Chroma Tester is designed in compliance with SH/T0168 (“Petroleum Products Chroma Determination Method”). It is used to test and classify the color of lubricants, kerosene, diesel, and other petroleum products.

The instrument operates by filling the petroleum product sample into a color comparison tube, then visually comparing it with a standard color board to determine its chroma number. Its optical system simulates natural daylight for precise and consistent results, making it an essential tool for oil quality assessment.

Key Features

  • Built according to SH/T0168 petroleum product chroma standards

  • Tests lubricants, kerosene, diesel, and other petroleum products

  • Uses a 220V/100W inside-frosted bulb with 2750 ± 50K color temperature as light source

  • Milky glass and sunlight filter plate simulate daylight spectrum

  • Dual parallel light beams provide uniform sample illumination

  • Standard color wheel with 25 calibrated color glass sheets + 1 blank position

  • Hand wheel for easy rotation and color selection

  • Colorimetric tube: φ32 mm × 120–130 mm for sample holding

  • Eyepiece includes concave mirror and division grating for simultaneous comparison of sample vs standard color

  • Optical eyepiece with adjustable focus and light intensity
