BDT.500 Withstand Voltage Burn Down Cable Tester
The BDT.500 is a powerful, portable high-voltage burn down and DC withstand tester designed for use on low- and medium-voltage power and control cables. It delivers up to 60 kV DC and 600 mA burn current, allowing it to quickly burn through high-resistance and intermittent faults, converting them into low-resistance or dead-short conditions for easier pinpointing. In addition, it is ideal for DC withstand voltage testing of HV cables and other HV electrical equipment.
